Náplň práce
A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Finance Manager for the Czech Market.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Leading a team of finance professionals
- Creating the financial department from scratch
- Building all the necessary processes to achieve efficiency
- Reporting to the HQ in Poland
- Building FP&A structure over the years
- Daily financial tasks such as financial reporting, taxes, pricing transfers, communication with local tax departments, tax expenses, international transactions, profits, VAT/DPH accounting, statuary reports, and communication with local authorities
- Contribution to internal and external audits (BIG4 audits)
- Using your knowledge of Czech accounting and financial standards daily, primarily for settlements, payment conditions, and B2B transactions
Požadavky
- Experience on a similar role is a must
- Management skills, numerical skills
- Experience in Czech Accounting
- Fluency in English is needed (B2+/C1), Czech and Polish is a bonus!
- CZ-GAAP is a must, Polish GAAP is an advantage
- Experience with IFRS reporting, VAT/DPH
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- MS Office package including Excel are a must!
